We utilize an integrated ERP system that provides a solid backbone for quality interface with all other daily business functions and helps provide full transparency to part and lot traceability.
In order to assure supply of quality parts, all parts flow through a rigorous cross-functional technical review to determine best manufacturing process in relation to quantities requested for manufacture. This analysis starts at the quoting phase.
Inspection Reporting Capabilities:
First Article Inspection reports- PPAP’s (Levels 1-5)
- Development of quality plans to comply with specific customer requirements
- Statistical Process Control, as required
- Supply of Certifications (both raw material & special processes)+

Our culture is such that quality is every employee’s concern and responsibility. Machine operators are held accountable for their work and are responsible for the parts they manufacture. To ensure part conformity, our Quality Control Inspectors provide additional verification points throughout in-process manufacturing and at final inspection.
