CNC Machining / Replacement Parts Division

(includes CNC and Manual Turning, Milling & Grinding)

NEW TECH was originally founded as an engineering and manufacturing source of replacement parts for Brown & Sharpe and Davenport automatic screw machines.  Over the years, we generated a long list of replacement parts that were internally reverse engineered and tested to the highest quality standards and specifications, at one point manufacturing and stocking a list of over 600 items.  For several years, we also integrated and offered a full range of custom CNC machining services through our New Tech division.  Currently, New Tech only manufactures a select list of replacement part items on a make to order basis, as we no longer stock items, unless it is to a pre-negotiated blanket order agreement.

SPINDLE REGRINDS:  In addition to manufacturing new spindles for the Davenport screw machine, we also offer regrinding services for the Outer Spindles, both Standard and Oversize, for the Model B automatics.
